Can I reserve a product without buying it?

The products you add to the cart are not reserved. They are only reserved when paying for the order via online payment.

Where can I find the proforma?

You will receive a link to the pro-forma document in the e-mail confirming the purchase. Additionally, you can download a pro-forma after logging in and going to 'My Account'. Text link in the top right corner. In the left navigation menu, in the 'Online orders' tab, you have access to the list of orders and the link to download the proforma.

How can I check what is happening with my order?

The basic information about the order is the status assigned to it, which can be seen after logging in to 'My Account', in the tab 'Online orders'. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your shipment.

How can I make sure that the purchasing process has been carried out correctly?
